Competition season is right around the corner so now is the time to push yourself to perfection. Before we know it it will be January, the beginning of Utah Gymnastics (GO UTES!), Competitions, and the push to the US National Championships. My meets start the second week of January with an in-house meet then at the end of January we start our "big meets." good luck to my team and all of the competitors this upcoming year no madder your sport. So remember to have fun during the holidays and may the odds be ever in your favor!
