Quote #32
"In order to succeed you must fail, so that you know what not
to do the next time."
-- Anthony J. D'Angelo
Look at the most successful people in the world and ask them if they have ever failed in there in there lives. You can't do a skill perfect the first time. It just doesn't work that way. So keep trying and it will come.

Quote #30
"The best years of your life are the ones in which you decide
your problems are your own. You don't blame them on your

"The road to happiness lies in two simple principles: find
what interests you and that you can do well, and put your
whole soul into it -- every bit of energy and ambition and
natural ability you have."

Quote #27
"Attitudes are contagious. Are yours worth catching?"
-- Dennis and Wendy Mannering
I have noticed in the gym if someone is being really negative it is hard to be enthusiastic about what I am doing. If we all where to act a little more optimistic I think we would have allot more fun.

INSPIRATION MONTH!
okay so next month is December and competition season starts in January. YAY! I was thinking it would be a cool idea to do inspiration month to help us get ready for comp season. This is for anyone with a dream or a desire to do something but have forgotten it. Who need that push to keep them going. Who need help believing in themselves. Remember If you believe it, ANYTHING is possible.
So send me your favorite quotes, videos, pictures, or anything that gives you a want to achieve in what ever you do whether it is playing a musical instrument, or to get good grades in school, or tumbling (like me!). Send it to me and I will try and post them!

can't have two sets of manners, two social codes -- one for
those you admire and want to impress, another for those whom
you consider unimportant. You must be the same to all people."
-- Lillian Eichler Watson
